Measuring to Get the Fit Right:

Neck:
Take a similar shirt with a collar that fits you well. Lay collar flat and measure from the center of the collar button to far end of buttonhole. Number of inches = size. Sleeve: Start at center back of neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow down to the wrist.
Number of inches = size.

Chest:
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape up under arms and around shoulder blades.
Number of inches = size.

Waist:
Measure around waist, over body (not over shirt or slacks) at the height you normally wear your slacks. Keep one finger between tape and body.
Number of inches = size.
